Pine Brook Stable has now moved to Crosshaven Ranch on Spillway Road off Route 100B just north of Moretown village. The new property is now equipped with a large outdoor and an indoor ring. Large heated tack room. 15 beautiful matted stalls with insulated water buckets. Large pastures with tape fencing and 5 smaller individual paddocks. Tons of trails through the woods with access to dirt roads. The farm is located next to the Mad River so after that hard work out or even a great trail ride cool off in the river. Relaxed atmosphere with trainer on property with natural horsemanship. We do our own hay so we know the quality is great. Board is $430 a month which includes grain 2x a day, hay, pelleted pine bedding, blanket changing, worming every 6 weeks, and holding for the farrier. Vet appointments require owners presence. Turn out every day at least for some time even if the weather is bad can use indoor to let the horses stretch their legs.
